They’re giving people access to all of the toon cards in multiple sets, while withholding the one card they know they need to reprint for toons to really come back into the game. Of course, I’m talking about Toon Kingdom. If I know Konami, I’d wager they’re going to use a Toon Kingdom reprint, in an upcoming set, to maybe sell the set off of its back. They know everyone wants it, and they know what they’re doing. It’s no mistake that Toon Chaos and Legendary Duelist S1 came out without it. At the end of the day, I can respect the hustle on their part though.

As someone who collects for nostalgia, this is the type of set I love. I only had like 4 Toon cards back in the day so this set having so many of the monsters easily available is great. And the character cards are fantastic too. I'll have to try get my hands on the OG series characters at least.

As for the blue, the anime did feature blue text name cards(D-HERO) so effect monsters in general since there are no holo ritual monsters. Also, red text names seem to remain as Ocg exclusive.

Some of these cards (Not the cyberdark, Rainbow, or Ancient Gear cards) but A legendary ocean, Rage of kairyu shin, Fury of Kairyu shin, citadel whale, toon dark magician girl, blue eyes toon dragon, toon goblin attack force, and Red eyes Baby dragon should be added to speed duels. Also red eyes insight should be a Joey skill card. I also hope they eventually give in normal and speed duels red eyes black dragon's the new updated full name with the OG artwork in ultra rare. (As well as give Blue eyes its original artwork for speed duels in ultra as well)
I had all types of OG cards as a kid and when my gmaw died my papaw sold all my cards I had collected.. I had the whole LOB set the WHOLE metal raiders set. And alot more when my gmaw died i lost it all because " I didn't pay for it" now im trying to rebuild some of my collection for a reasonable price..

There wasn't a single Weevil, Zane, or Syrus Ultra Rare card, even though plenty of cards could've had spots. 3. Even though short printing is supposedly gone, it's still a mess. Looking at you, Mai and Bandit Keith.
