just after I watched this, I was reading about famous artwork...and happened to read that the painting: Christina’s World (1948) Andrew Wyeth...well known painting, is featuring a woman who suffers from CMT.

Thanks for the video. Few things to note:
--> It's Charcot-Marie-Tooth, not Charcot-Marie Tooth. I don't know why you lost a hyphen.
--> It is myelin protein zero (MPZ), not MP2 as you state when mentioning the other major causes of demyelinating forms CMT.
--> CMT X-linked type 1 female patients can be severely affected due to X-linked inactivation. This form is present in my family and my mother was wheelchair bound in her 50s.
