I’ve got a double fan fold card for the celebrity in your life! This video tutorial will show you how to make this beautiful card in easy-to-follow steps that you won't believe. It makes learning how to make beautiful cards incredibly fun!
Today, I'm teaching you a fun fold card that will have them expanding and folding it over and over again PLUS we're kicking off the February card making class.
Part one: I’ll be teaching you how to score and assemble a double fan fold card. First glances can be deceiving! This card is very easy to create. Learn how to add layers of designer paper to the panels, watercoloring techniques and tips and much more!
Part two: The same products used in today’s video are part of this month’s card making class. I’ll be sharing the completed cards with you in the video plus the details on how to place an order to qualify for this online class.

Ah! Florida! Many, many years ago, I was in Leesburg visiting a friend of mine. I envy you. Florida is so beautiful and here in Germany we used to have a real spring, summer, autum and winter. But since 30 years it is getting all mixed up. No snow in winter, cold in spring and summer. Too windy and too rainy. We seem to destroy the world. BUT: Because of you, I am busy a wonderful and pleasant way. Today I am going to make this card you are sharing with the world! Your explanations are so fantastic, so clear and the results are great. Gorgeous cards, wonderful tips and techniques! One tip for heat embossing is to use one of those wooden clothespins that “clamp” to hold the paper you’re embossing. It helps keep the heat away from your fingers and doesn’t dent the cardstock.

Another tip I like when using the score board and you have several score lines to make, after you lay down your card stock I take a piece of WAX paper and swish it over the card stock. Makes the score lines go more smoothly. Lovely card, Lisa! Try to watch your videos whenever possible. Thanks!

Oh my gosh, Lisa! Your videos are always chock full of ideas, tips, and techniques! In this 41 minute video I have already learned six new techniques! One thing I would like to share with you is that I use a pair of squeeze tweezers to hold my paper when I'm embossing. That saves my fingers! Thank you so much for what you do. Your enthusiasm and passion for card-making is contagious. I can't wait to get my hydrangeas Suite. I plan on making a whole set of cards for my sister who grows real hydrangeas like a forest around her house!
