ਇਰਾਨ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ 900 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਲੰਮੀ ਕੌਮਾਂਤਰੀ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਹੈ । ਦੋਵਾਂ ਮੁਲਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਆਉਦੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ । ਖਾਸ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਇਰਾਨ ਸ਼ੀਆ ਮੁਸਲਿਮ ਦੇਸ਼ ਹੈ । ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ੀਆ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿਚ ਹਨ । ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦਾ ਸ਼ੀਆ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਾ ਜਿਆਰਤ ਕਰਨ ਇਰਾਨ ਇਰਾਕ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਰਹਿਦਾ ਹੈ । ਵਪਾਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਉਣ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਮੁਲਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਕੋਰੀਡੋਰ ਮੀਰਜਾਵਾ , ਤਫ਼ਤਾਨ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਤੋਂ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇ ਹਨ ਇਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਵਪਾਰ ਵੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਲੋਕ ਆਉਦੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ । ਟੂਰਿਜ਼ਮ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੌਖੀ ਆਮਦਨ ਵੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ । ਇਰਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਸਤਾਂ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਆਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਸਤਾਂ ਇਰਾਨ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ।
ਇਸੇ ਵਪਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਇਰਾਨ ਨੇ ਚਾਰਬਹਾਰ ਬੰਦਰਗਾਹ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਗਵਾਦਰ ਬੰਦਰਗਾਹ ਬਣਾਈ ਹੈ । ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿਚ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਰਸਤੇ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਣੇ ਹਕੂਮਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰੀ ਵੀ ਬਨਣੀ ਹੈ । ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਵਪਾਰ ਮੁਲਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕਤਾ ਦਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਅਧਾਰ ਵੀ ਹਨ । ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਮਦੋ - ਰਫ਼ਤ ਬਗੈਰ ਮੁਲਕ ਚਲਾਉਣੇ ਨਾ - ਮੁਮਕਿਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ।
ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਇਰਾਨ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਤੀਜਾ ਕੋਰੀਡੋਰ ਰੇਮਦਾਨ
( ਬਲੋਚਸਿਤਾਨ ) ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਮੁਲਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਮਦੋ - ਰਫ਼ਤ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ । ਰੇਮਦਾਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਟਰੱਕਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮਾਲ ਦੀ ਢੋਅ ਢੁਆਈ ਵੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ।
ਰੇਮਦਾਨ ਤੋਂ Chabahar ਬੰਦਰਗਾਹ 120 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ , Gwadar 70 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਹੈ । ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਵਪਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ ।
ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਕੌਰੀਡੋਰ ਚਮਨ , ਤਫ਼ਤਾਨ ਹਨ । ਜਿਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਮੁਲਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ । ਇਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਵਪਾਰ ਵੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ।
ਇਸੇ ਲੜੀ ਤਹਿਤ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਕੌਰੀਡੋਰ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਨਾ ਕੇਵਲ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਜੋੜਨਾ ਹੈ ।
ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਕੌਮਾਂਤਰੀ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਣ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਨੀ ਪੈਣੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕਤਾ ਦਾ ਅਧਾਰ ਖੇਤੀ ਹੈ ।
ਮੇਰੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਖੇਤੀ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਇਕੋ ਹੱਲ ਕੇਵਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਹੈ ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਕਣਕ ਚੌਲ ਵੀ ਇਰਾਨ ਇਰਾਕ ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਕ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ । ਲੇਕਿਨ ਇਹ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਗੈਰ ਸੰਭਵ ਨਹੀਂ । ਖੇਤੀ ਬਿਲ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਾਉਣੇ ਤਾਂ ਗੋਗਲੂਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਝਾੜਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ । ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਹੋਂਦ ਜ਼ੁਬਾਨ ਖੇਤੀ ਨਸਲ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਬਗੈਰ ਬਚਣੀ ਸੰਭਵ ਨਹੀਂ ।
