Definitely underrated talent for overseas bro but once you get her jam and vibes you enjoy her interaction alot. can't wait for their 1st 3D live debut!

She must have completely rocked the interview part to make staff see the huge potential she has. I'm so glad she joined.
Calli had zero experience in streaming, Mumei didn't have much experience in dancing and she still have not much confidence in it, Ame, Ina, Kronii and Fauna weren't the best at singing. Subaru had also no experience in streaming. The first few JP generations were scouted or referenced by other talents so it was easier to have people that could be a good fit but with less experience in streaming, now most, if not all, are reincarnations. Raden wanted to do something different with her knowledge about art, and was warned that she might found difficult to get followers doing so, that could've also weighted on her, but here she is, a cute ray of light with museums as subscribers

ReGloss is the name of their idol unit, while DEV_IS is the name of the actual project I suppose. Like how we have the 5th Gen being the 5th Gen, but at the same time their unit is known as NePoLaBo.
DEV_IS is project being worked on by separate teams from actual holopro, the focus is more group oriented activities and performances, if you follow their channels including the main official DE_VIS channel it is very apparent with the amount of group originals and covers that have been pumping out, they are being advertised and trained like og idol units, judging from their 3d live the distincintion will become more clear as their activities will finally expand in them being able to actually perform live

@@alfredong6850 Read the other two replies. It's pretty easy to understand what they're supposed to be when you compare them to other gens. DEV_IS is the BRANCH but ReGloss is just Gen1 of it. Think of it how like there's EN, JP, ID etc but they still have branches; like gen1 EN Myth etc. The difference between DEV_IS and other hololive branches is that they're heavily oriented on music and group activities, like a real idol unit. For a bit of comparison, think of how many times a year other JP generations release a cover together with all 5 members and collab all together. Not particularly often as they're mostly focused on solo activities for the most part, whereas, ReGloss is entirely group and music oriented. They release group and individual covers on a monthly / weekly basis and do a minimum of 2 group collabs every month, as well as doing IRL dancing and singing lessons once a week together. As a gen, they are MUCH more close as a group than any other gen in holo. As stated in their introduction, their goal has been growing with everyone to improve their singing and dancing skills. The reason why they aren't gen 7 is because their goals / format are completely different from the typically individual content other holo members put out. They're **supposed** to be a real idol unit after all.
I'm glad she didn't give up because now she's starting to get more spotlight, personally I think it was due to debuting right after Advent came out which nearly overlapped but look at them now steadily growing specially since they are part of a brand new branch of Cover.
