One thing i might add and maybe i missed it, but down next to the ILS button you must switch the enable/stow switch to enable to bring the localizer bars alive. Great video, and thanks for all your hard work!
It's amazing how broken the tutorial for this is in DCS. I also find it funny that runway 13 at Batumi has actually a heading of 12. Thanks for this tutorial.
I've just gotten in to this type of stuff myself. I've been playing around with the autopilot tacan and ils in the F1. With varying degrees of success admittedly.
Nice. I've got no experience with the F1. As for ILS, one thing to bear in mind is not all airfields have it, and out of those that do, not all have it for both directions (Batumi, for example, only points out to sea). That caught me out a few times while I was learning.
