So we went to the front of the line and some lady with her kids was yelling "CUTTER CUTTER THEY CUT THE WHOLE LINE" and so the workers didnt know we were supposed to be "cutting" and we tried to explain but the lady wouldn't let us. So we got kicked off of the line and had to go to the end of the now 30 min wait line.
