1. Environment - have a dedicated space for watching lectures + write down any things that try to steer you away from focus for later. 2. Preparation - preview the material beforehand + come up with questions + connect material. 3. If it’s too boring… if you must, have a specific fidget like spinning a pen that doesn’t completely distract you.

Man to be honest I have been watching your content for a long time now and I love them. They are really helpful but there is one problem with your videos is your story telling. Like your videos are informative but the way you put out the points are really hard to understand. You go more in a technical way then being practical. Also i feel the points are also broken. So pls if you can work a little bit on that i'd really appreciate that.
