I had a pleasant stay at Sulyap’s Casa Obando. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel/bed and breakfast if you needed a place for short term stay in a quite, restful provincial ambience. I urge you to book the room on the second floor because you have a view of the garden from the sala. I enjoyed lounging in the evenings at the sala doing nothing at all. I spent the afternoons sitting on the steps of the wooden stairs while looking over the garden. How I wish I have a property like this.
