v nice talk with beautiful images; thank you so much. At 21:24, can one differentiate between a primary and secondary follicle on H&E in this case or do we need bcl-2 & bcl-6 stains....esp when the follicular hyperplasia is florid and tingible-body macrophages aren't easily visualised.. TIA.
