Atiny here, thank you so much for this! Re: 5:57 ATEEZ actually do have a couple English versions of their songs (Take Me Home, Fireworks) but I think for the set list they focused on hype/vibes and they picked a combination of songs from the recent album and songs that are very quintessentially ATEEZ (both in terms of sound and highlighting their performance skills). The fact that none of the songs were in English is honestly such a flex, thank you for pointing it out bc I hadn’t thought about it
Ooh, I didn't know they had English versions, definitely will check those songs out! Thank you for commenting & watching the video! Also for such good insight, they killed it at Coachella and I do hope they get invited again next year! ^^
Ateez had zero advantages when they started out. Coming from a small company, every performance was make it or break it, an opportunity to prove themselves and show what they could do. They have never lost that mindset. They stay hungry, which keeps them from being complacent or lazy.
Absolutely! I love that they are still humble and haven't lost that mindset. Shows how much they care about each of their performances. Thank you so much for watching! 💜
I like this meme... Coachella Week 1 was ATEEZ's average performance... That's such a flex as an Atiny! And thank you for this wonderful video... Some of the things I love abt ATEEZ's performance are - 1. Amazing live vocalists and rappers, awesome dancers, fantastic hype men... 2. They try to bring a lil bit of Korean culture whenever they can... 3. All of the members are Korean n none of them can converse in English at a high level, but they do their best to learn and interact with the crowd n get them hyped during the show... I mean, Mingi's "I say Hoo, you say hoo hoo hoo hoo!" How much more hype do u need...?! Mingi brings that energy at their concerts too... He gets the audience... 4. The fanchants heard arnd Coachella is a testament to their talent, presence and their reputation as powerhouse performers... I could go on but I'll stop...😁
Oh my goodness, I feel the same way! There were so many more aspects I wanted to add (like another commenter said, they come from a small company) as well as how they showcased their culture with "the real". Absolutely lovely performances! Thank you so much watching! ^^
I knew ateez would be big, remembering watching them in 2019 in a small stage, i can feel their passion and determination, they're becomming stronger every comeback
Fr! They certainly have gained a lot of popularity since they started and I'm so incredibly happy for them. They worked incredibly hard to have what they have today. Well-deserved! I do hope they get invited to Coachella next year too 😉
4:50 I never realised that's how far away the stages were from one another. The fact that people could hear the chant so clearly from that far away should speak volumes about this legendary performance.
Fr! I for one didn't realize Coachella had multiple stages, I thought everyone was playing on one stage 😅 But yeah, even though the stages are some difference away, the fact you could hear the crowd from an entirely separate stage? Way to go ATEEZ! 🔥🔥🔥
ateez at coachella led to me learning that 1. there are multiple stages and 2. they are a considerable distance from each other and 3. they may be far but if ur loud enough, other stages can hear u across the venue
Yes, all this is so true!! Whether they perform at Coachella or my backyard, they bring the same energy every time. Some of these songs they've performed so many times they're basically in their blood by now. Their Coachella show was fantastic, but for some of us it was what we've been used to all this time. They're so in sync with each other and their stamina and talent is undeniable always 😭🥰 I'm glad they had so much fun being there, and thank God the audience was great too. Another thing is that it looks like literally everyone had fun, their usual dancers, the local dancers, the band, literally everyone involved with them not just them and the audience. And for me personally it was a great experience watching the show live through my phone from the other side of the world. Week 1 not so much because of the lousy camera work but week 2 made up for it a million times ❤️
Week 1 of Cochella was the first time I ever saw ATEEZ perform live and I nearly l cried because of how amazing it was. The 8 members of ATEEZ are true performers and professionals. You can tell how much they love what they do onstage and off stage. They're not focused on their idol image because their focus is on their music. They are amazing and I can see them reaching even higher heights in the years to come.
Ikr! I only saw a little bit of The Rose' stage because I forgot about the time, but made it in time to see the livestream for ateez! Both killed it 🔥🔥🔥 tysm for watching & commenting! 😊
thank you SO much for taking the time to make this video on our ateez despite not being an atiny urself. it means a lot that more people can recognize them for the amazing performers they are. i was really upset to see how after coachella most kpop stans, kpop news accounts and kpop media creators were more focused on covering the other group who didn’t do as well and fully focusing on the negatives acting as if ateez wasn't there too giving a hell of a performance and representing kpop amazingly, barely anyone talked about them, and i get it comes with being from a small company but it just makes me extra happy when i see people praising them, so thank u ❤.
I've always thought ATEEZ are truly exceptional performers, and that comes from watching so many groups debut. I always kept out an eye for ATEEZ because every video I've come across they are humble and respectful as well as performing every single stage as their last. They definitely worked hard to get to where they are, so kudos to them! Thank YOU for taking the time to watch and comment on this humble video of mine. 🫶
I've been to many many live concerts and have never felt an electric energy as the Ateez Coachella concert attendees generated. TRULY AMAZING, and powerful. You know it fed the soul of the Ateez guys. After all the hard work they put in? Yeah. >
Thank you for such a thoughtful presentation. I really enjoyed it. They are performance kings for sure. I think they did an interview once that said that they perform every song/stage as if it’s their last one . . . Because in the beginning it could have been. Their dedication and humbleness is inspiring.
Thank you so much for watching! 💜 Definitely agreed! I always loved seeing that whenever, wherever they perform they go all out. After being in kpop for so long, it's so refreshing to see a group as dedicated as them. :)
I think they already are! Heck, I've learned so much from this comment section about ATEEZ (that they already have two english songs) as well as things I missed when editing this video! Atiny are so nice 🥺💜
Thank you for the video because it really highlights why Ateez are such great performers, in general. Week 2 was definitely turned up even more and they left everything on the stage. They really made a great impression at Coachella.
Haha hey but at least it was a k-pop lightstick, k-pop fans supporting other k-pop fans 😆 but yeah I agree, a bit random haha. Tysm for watching + commenting 💜
Nice video! I feel so happy for them! They were so looking forward to an opportunity like this! And that second night I feel they were really enjoying their own performance! Go ATEEZ! You slayed❤
