So sad Elvis and Vern did not get to enjoy that farm the way they wanted to. Elvis was a friend of my dads for many years. He was a real down to earth man. He called me when my horse died. He was great with kids.
So glad I came across this video. I had heard about the Hound Dog Ranch once before. So glad he let you go inside , so we could see what it looked like . Only if those walls could talk . It's a beautiful place . It is strange that they sold it only 10 days before Elvis passed away . Anyway..... thank you for sharing this great video.
Thank you both so much for making this story possible.id never heard of this story before.so made very interesting viewing.what a beautiful cabin.and land.so peaceful.the pines are fantastic.keep up the great work.viewing from England south west coast. 🇬🇧 🌈
Hey man, I found your channel by the way of the Elvis/Jerry Lee car episode, as I'm a car/bike guy. That being said, I think your videos are very well done. I appreciate the way you communicate your devotion to Elvis. He was a good man, and left us far too soon. I play in a bar band, and it's always great to play Elvis Presley songs. I met Scotty back in the early 2000's when he was touring with Lee Rocker. Thanks fer takin' us along. I also subbed btw
I have never heard about this property...but if it is true, I can't wait for you to continue this story after you chase down a few of the folks who know more about it...Thanks for sharing this story...
Great video. I had no idea about the hound dog ranch. Someone must have took some photos of elvis there. Would be great to see them. Hope you make more videos soon. Really enjoyed watching
Wow I can't wait for another thanks again. Keep the research going. TCB. Can't believe he sold it 6 days before he passed that is very very interesting. I'm wondering what else he sold before he left. He was TCB
Can’t say I ever heard of this. Joe. Red. Charlie. In. 77. Elvis was in bad shape. Don’t know why he buy 420 acres of land. Rumours were at the end he hardly left his room at Graceland. Love your stories & you maybe right I followed Elvis for 50 years. Never heard it or Never mentioned.it. Great videos my man. T c b. Canada
I have a picture of a certain so and so sitting in a chair next to a lake from 4 or 5 ish years ago. I wonder if this was the lake or from the circle g ??
While watching your video at Hound Dog Ranch with the current owner I saw something that looked as though it was a carving of some sort on the tree just behind the both of you, still trying to figure out what it was. I hope you will be able to tell me what it was. Thanks so much, I love your video,. I just found it.
Wow that's what I've always wanted put a house right in the middle of the 420 acres and that would be perfect. And go fishing. Horse back riding or atv riding. Oh don't forget Deer hunting.

Very pretty property
Interesting. It's almost like the property was purchased like a retirement place..
I would like to hear more info on this Farm since nobody has ever mentioned it.. Did anyone actually live there? A caretaker or anyone?
Beautiful Property, Id do some Metal Detecting , youd Most Likely find Civil War artifacts..

That's a lot of Taxable land, what's Paul do for a living?
I live in Moscow...never knew this...
Cool 😎
I like that hoodie. For sale anywhere ?
Apparently it was a quick turnaround on the property… I wonder why Elvis had a change of heart and sold it so quickly.

Awesome
Cadillac tractors with 24 karat gold plated trim and white fur seatcovers shouldn't be too hard to find... I wonder where they are now?😁
I can dig it!
anither great informative video.
Interesting........
WOW
I would like to meet you...is that possible?
Rockology is this for sale now??
==Like it==
👉 👑
Hound Dog!!! :)
It was called the circle g ranch
Circle G was in Texas.
This wasn’t circle g!
I can dig it!!!!!!!!
How much did he pay for it...
Wow! If Elvis didn't sell this property , Dee Stanley could have been owned the half of this property when she and Vernon divorced, good job Elvis! 😂😅
The same year he bought a house for one of his maids.
Elvis was a preacher after that!
