Took forever to reach a human at PSA. They finally took gun for inspection & immediately shipped it right back, saying, that gun has known ejector/extractor issues & they do not stock the part in question & will not be of any assistance in fixing it. They said(this is all in writing shipped back with the gun) I could buy the needed part aftermarket & good riddance ! Every word of this is true & can be verified by my local gun shop whom tried to help after shooting the gun & presently has the gun now !

I am 1:50 into this video and props to you for recognizing Glock as a leader in handguns. There are a lot of platforms who criticize Glock. It was my every day carry for years and with quality ammo NEVER failed. It ran dirty or clean. They are a fantastic firearms manufacturer.

I liken them to buying a Toyota. They just work. There are newer 'better' models/manufacturers which are better in some ways and worse in others.
I have never had the Gen2 Model 17 i bought in 1995 fail to go bang. (other than ammo related failure, like no powder, etc) I can't count the number of rounds fired in IPSC practise and matches in the last 29 years.

@ryanguldbrandsen7672 It was my first gun and remains my only Glock. I've got tons of rounds through it and it has proven a very reliable platform. @@rcampbell4967 I own a Glock 19 and a 43x. They are 100% stock. They're ok. The CZ P-10C and the P-10S I have are better overall shooters and are cheaper. My Sig p365 macro is better than both S and 43x. My M&P 2.0 is better than the C and the 19. The solitary thing I like more about the 19 and 43, is that the mags are very very very inexpensive and easy to find. You can buy 10-12 Glock mags for the price of 4 CZ, M&P or Sig mags
I don't by aftermarket products for pistols unless I don't have any other options. So, I'm sure I could improve the glocks to maybe be as good as the others. But then I could upgrade the others to be even better.
Parts upgrades is not a rabbit hole I want to find myself in.
I've had failures to feed in all of them besides the P-10S.
So, while I will never scoff at someone buying a Glock. This isn't 2010 or 2000. There are better pistols. Just as reliable and do everything better than Glocks for the same price or cheaper.

I love the MVP. I have the 7.62 x 51 and have zero issues with it. It uses AR-10 style magazines though for that cartridge. I shoot 168 gr. Accubond LR's at 2540 fps for a good 300 yard deer rifle. The subsonic version I make is the 175 Gr. Hornady Sub-X and it's popping out at 1080 fps. Mossberg 500/590 definitely my favorite. Got my first 500 at 15 years old and that was 40 years ago. That being said, I would caution anyone getting the pistol grip version stock. They suck!! We bought about 40 of them without t&e and it was and is a shit show. Being left handed I can at least still hit the slide release, my right handed coworkers don’t have that luxury. You can’t operate that ambidextrous safety I love so well without changing your grip. I made a comment to our former Sheriff about it and he said it was a training issue. I have taught shotgun classes, it wasn’t a training issue it was a design issue. That being said mine will soon be rocking a normal stick and the ergonomics will be back the way I love them.
Thanks for the videos, always great!!

I could not agree with you more. I got my first Mossberg 500 as an early Christmas present when I was 12. I got it early because deer season here in Mi falls in November. It has taken a lot of game over the last 40+ years and I keep it accessible for home defense. I shot a friend's 590 with the pistol grip and ran into the same problem. I am a righty and had the same issues you mentioned. I think I will keep my old 500, with the slide release and safety that I know and love. I agree that it is a design flaw/issue. In a life or death situation, something like that could get you dead.

Good video but nothing really new here. P365, P07, the S&W folding pcc. Outlaw is great and at the same time nothing that hasn’t been sent before

It’s the same thing the gun world itself suffers from. The gun industry doesn’t move as fast as social media does, so you either get info that’s repeated to death or tons of releases with small iterations that only have marginal differences.

VP9, Glock 17 gen 5, Canik sfx, smith and wesson 2.0.
CcW M&P Shiels 2.0 plus, SC canik, Glock 43x.
Don't really care for shotguns and there isn't really an AR for 500 I'd buy. Mayber M&P sport 2 for entry level at 499. ARuger American or savage for 499 in 308.

so... the FPC is nowhere near under $500... I see you use this caveat every video, but you can look at their website and see its selling for $700... in fact, the vast majority of the guns you hide behind the caveat you can go by their price on the website and be accurate... its odd to me how you are making these price point vids yet are using pricing you got from a buddy when everything is there laid out conveniently online..All I am saying is it makes you look less reputable when you are trying to pass guns off for way cheaper than they are when the price is widely avail be pretty standard.. even in GA the cheapest I can find that gun is for $620...do better bro

Right, the glocks in general new not used go for 500-600 in my area no matter the caliber. I can agree with your comment. I wouldn't put ones he was sponsored by or was sent in for a review. That isn't what the normal consumer runs into and for cannik they are 600 plus in my area. Dont think area and state difference was compensated for in this video. Just his direct connection. No shade just stating the obvious

@@anthonymartorano934 @blessedone1845 so what you are saying is even for you and your probably used prices the gun is still over $500. Thanks for proving my point

@@anthonymartorano934 I really just want people to be honest about what price point reliable guns are going to be at... I wouldn't think it would be that far of an ask for someone who has 'honest' in their name and proceeds to make the claims he does...

Great list. But it's hard to mention the Mossberg 590 without also mentioning the Remington 870, because as far as pump shotguns go, they are like the Coke vs Pepsi choice. They both come in so many configurations. Seems that while Mossberg was used most by the military, the Remington was used more by law enforcement across the nation.

I can attest to the RF-15. I bought one and put all budget friendly attachments on it (AR scope, fore grip, bipod, Ambi charging handle, dust cover, offset rail and red dot plus a few mags) and am still under $1000

I know a lot of people might disagree with me on this one for whatever reason, but Springfield's XD-m's Elite and Elite Compact are really amazing tools, and if you go to the right place, you can find them for less than five hundred benjies
