if you have a low end device, you can build this without all the alphabet commands. that way there will not be too many entities to lag the game but you will just have a minecart that moves in the same way and not a fancy car.

How to summon an invisible armor stand in Java, might work in Pocket Edition:
/summon armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {Invisible:1}
You could remake your plane to have a body with this

yes but you would have to change every single command block because you need to call the minecart somethingand you would name the armour stands like, a1 b1 c1 then the next one would be a2 b2 c2 and you call the minecart like x, x1, x2 just so that all the minecarts go to the right place
