@vincenzofranchelli2201 depends on the team some are pro players others a part timers I did san Marino in world Cup 2014 and won it after getting a group of Algeria, Croatia,new Zealand 2 draws 1 win then in R16 faced Germany beat them on penalties same with Brazil in quarters then Spain in the semis won 2-0 faced England in the final won 1-0 after a Andy selva penaltie in the 91st minute

What's funny about this to me is that in my FM21 save in Belarus where I also managed the Belarus NT for a time San Marino swept Slovenia in Euros qualifying one year and didn't finish bottom of their group. So I know that they can get wins in FM.

Maybe you should see how far San Marino fall and try to gain promotion back up the divisions
i had a save in fm22, i was jokingly looked into san marino to see how bad they are like usual, and surprisingly san marino won many matches against weak teams, when i scout the team, one of the regen is a 17-18 yo promising attacking midfielder, then i bought him cheap (i was using chester in championship), promote to epl with him on starting lineup. when he's 24 he has 19 pace, 17 passing, and high intelligence. when i check with fm editor, he has 165 potential. he's the most memorable regen in my entire career in FM. too bad the rest of san marino regens are trash so they never play in a national competition other than friendlies.
Maybe you can do something similar but not re-load, instead just keep trying in the lower level after relegation and see how long it takes until they win a game & until they don't get relegated. You would need to download a database that goes down to tier 10 at least though I'd say as normally the lowest playable league is the National League North/South at tier 6 which is probably still too high for them.
