it's not a bad call tbh, i think shoto (timothy) was pre-med irl not to stereotype but he's pretty smart, cracked at games too.
he had a rough time initially with the chopping hacks, but caught on quickly and now he's consistently one-shotting them. if i had to predict, i don't think he'll be on par with yuno or marty, but he has potential to be a skilled all-around crim - his driving is already good for a beginner and hopefully his valo aim translates to gta
Because he's budget Sykkuno. Shoto has been compared to Sykkuno for a long time now, he has basically copied Sykkuno's whole persona so people naturally compare them.
