Hey, great question and thanks for the comment! I typically try to warm-up for a minimum of 4 weeks but I've also tested a shorter 2 week warmup period with varying degrees of success. I would say 3-4 weeks to be safe. Hope I helped!

My suggestion would be to approach it from a pay-per-performance or free at first to build up case studies, testimonials, and other social proof. 1. You don't necessarily need to get your other domains hosted for email marketing if you already have a website that is hosted. Since you're using these other domains just for email marketing, you can manage your email campaigns effectively without additional hosting. 2. That a reasonable volume to start with when warming up, you can gradually increase the volume over time. 3. Yes you can, but i use godaddy more frequently

Doesn't adding a colored or bold Opt-Out link say to the recipient that "this is a form letter or mailing list" vs. a personal one-one-one outreach?
The purpose of this is to give the customer the chance to just opt out rather than marking your email as spam.

Please why is it important to firstly warm up a domain first before launching an email campaign
This way you are able to keep your domain safe rather than sending mass emails and going to spam.

Cold email is best when using B2B. It will work well if you are selling to other businesses!
