I shocked you don't know Gaster. He's easily *the* biggest easter egg in any video game ever. In every Undertale playthrough there's about a 1/1000 chance of you randomly generating the conditions to be able to see what's theorized to be him for a couple frames. There's also a few lines of dialogue in the code that are theorized to possibly be from him, and a 1/100 chance of one of a few character appearing that have a couple lines of dialogue that are theorized to be in reference to him. He's also heavily theorized to be the character orchestrating Deltarune, as well as the egg man behind the trees.
