    Didn't you do the parallel lines test with her on the other video and she stayed strong? "Hypertonic" muscles?

      Yes that's correct. So in that instance, she exhibited an abnormal response. The muscle should inhibit to parallel lines and when it's not, it means there's something else we have to fix first. We call that a hypertonic muscle.

      nope different muscles, or more accurately they are different actions (flexion vs external rotation)
