Ugh... not you too, Brian! I just hope you got paid well... but sheesh: enough of this toothbrush already. They over-budgeted for influencers to the point where it's nauseating. My Sonicare is modern, sleek, looks amazing (better than this), waterproof, recommended by my dentist, has more features, senses pressure, has a long history and an app, and is easier to charge without a goofy cable hanging off the end of it.
Now, what is needed is a robotic toothbrush that will reach into one's mouth before even getting out of the bed for the morning, for a good brushing. And this brush should chase after us for a brushing after each meal throughout the rest of the day!
I was looking for a honest review and not just advertising. Who cares about "the apple made toothbrush"? I want to know if it is effective. Every reviewer just keep repeating it about the design, which is boring and just paid review. I want to know how the button works, is that easy to use? does it have a timer? does it senses pressure? are the heads any good?
Tech reviewers aren't the ones you should be getting dentistry reviews from. Look for dentist content creators (there's a lot of them) and see if they are talking about this product and if they compare it to toothbrushes like the Philips or Oral B electric toothbrushes that are popular and recommended.
I feel like they've done themselves a disservice by sending it to so many TH-camrs and inundating viewers. Seems nice, but no charging station is kind of a dealbreaker
@@JR-sh7em well that is if you buy the most expensive one! If you get an iO6 it still has way more features than most people need and usually goes on sale for about 120. iO5 would be even a better more budget friendly option
I am an apple fan but even though it has some aspects of apple on it I won’t buy it . When comes to electric tooth brush I choose oral b io 10000 series
Oh not you, too??!! Brian Tong, the Mr. Apple Guy, why are you making an informercial for this electric toothbrush company?? You and everybody else on TH-cam is making this propaganda video of this toothbrush as if it has anything to do with genuine technology news. Was the sponsor fee they are paying that big that you all let this one toothbrush company blanket all of TH-cam with this inescapable advertising video? It is everywhere, from so many TH-cam video makes. Tell me, how many of you TH-cam content producers made this video as a significant Apple technology news if they had not paid you big cash to make this video??? I find it hard to believe that all of you TH-cam content producers were just doing normal TH-cam things and all of the sudden within days of each other all of you organically discovered this toothbrush technology that you felt compelled to make a video about an electric toothbrush to bring to our attention. Brian, I have been watching you for all things Apple for since you started making videos many many years ago, and for the first time ever I feel that you are selling something to me purely for financial gain. It got me by surprise (which is why I had to write this comment). This is not like you, and it has made me question if I can continue to rely on your videos for unbiased technology news as I have been doing all these years. It is very sad, but if you plan to continue to do sponsorships of things that have nothing to do with Apple, please at least clearly label your videos as sponsored videos, so that I won't turn to my subscription notifications of your videos thinking that it will always be an unbiased technology news video, and I can warn myself that this video is an advertisement and adjust my expectations accordingly.
Wow, this really triggered you... it's not a bad product and once in a while I do sponsored product videos that I feel are actually worthy. What's the problem here? It allows me to keep doing this unless you'd rather me not be able to make this work. How many dedicated sponsored videos do I do in a year? 6-8 tops? Compared to all the original content I do
@@briantong Sorry Brian, I guess I was just too shocked, it was like a knee jerk reaction. I don't even remember writing my post. It was just so strange. every video of this toothbrush had the exact same approach - "If Apple ever made an toothbrush" It's like the company gave you all a script, and every single one of you did exactly as asked. Nobody even did their own take on this product, which made me question if they even liked the product, or are they singing the song the company gave to them. It was just so strange, definitely so unlike you. Sorry if I was triggered too much.
I've followed Brian & been subscribed since the CNET days. But then we had the gregs gadgets stuff & then the Sam Kohl stuff. Now in my feed I'm seeing a crappy toothbrush with some obscure reference to apple like design. My reaction was, I bet this is just a sponsor bit masqueraded as a video. Without watching it, I looked at the video description & sure enough, yes it was. So with that Brian I am done. Thanks for the many years but good bye. Unsubscribed.
@@adama3231I put out about 80-100 videos a year on my own and less than 10 are sponsored. If the product is worthy enough and unique then I'll do it. I don't put up weak products for sponsored videos, and some sponsored products are products I've used for years It's what helps keep me doing this and if all the unique content that I produce and early access and perspective doesn't weigh out one video for you. That's fine.
I'm starting to feel I'm the only person Laifen hasn't sent a toothbrush to seems like every tech reviewer on TH-cam got a Laifen toothbrush.

Facts! It’s nice though, I bought one. The app is a little over kill though.
Man, did this company send every tech channel money and the product,,,,,to pimp to their audience
Apparently!

I was thinking the same thing...

Many people says it hurts to use it due to powerful vibrations. Some say even after lowering the power vibration, it still hurts

It's so Apple to put the charger there, they could have made a stand and charge when standing up right 😂😂
Hi Brian thanks for all you do for us
A fabric cord is NOT a positive in bathroom humidity.

there are some STL models for you to print one if you want
Are they gonna get taken to court by Apple! Geez.
I think that all of these sonic toothbrushes miss out by having a smooth round handle. Too slippery when wet.
4:20 Always burns me up seeing people use an electric toothbrush like it's a regular toothbrush.
Hi Brian still loving your videos after all these years much love from Australia
Thank you for sticking with me ALL THESE YEARS! 🙏🙏🙏
Using toooooo much toothpaste. Like I use toooooo many O's 😂
I liked your video for your joke at the end and that’s the tooth!! 😂
Thanks for sharing. Blessings on your day.
HORRIBLE charging location
As bad as the magic mouse
Compared to Oral-B’s newest iteration of iO series, this is a joke! 😂
I liked how they tried to make it appealing by imitating Apple’s design though.
That’s also a 400 dollar toothbrush..

Just curious? My toothpaste doesnt form up. But my gum bleed so I use pendental
I love how all these new products always say “if Apple made a….”
DO A DROP TEST!!
oh great, now at toothbrush that won't work if the broadband goes down.
What are you, 70 years old?
its a Chupacabra design. where is trully more interesting and slim design exist in the toothbrushes marked already. LOL
in Europe it comes with a Leifen branded wall plug…but both the cable and the plug are USB-A 😢😢😢
Thanks for the 9 minute ad for an ugly toothbrush.
What toothpaste do you use?

The fact that this video doesnt have that Paid Promotion thing that pops up at the corner ticks me off more than it should.😑
It's there. It always has been. I double checked after seeing this.
