Yamaha EPS is speed sensitive. Your speed sensor is by your transmission dipstick. Check the connector there. Code 42 is EPS fault. If you don't have the heim joint boots on your Weller tie rods, they're most likely worn.
Yes it is but the issue wasn't anything to do with speed. Even with the speed working which it started to work the last few hours it made no difference. The issue was the rack. which I kind of suspected the brand new rack was faulty as my first ride with it, it felt wrong. I will have a video out this weekend of the issue.
Curious to see what was causing the issue. I'm coming up on my 1 year ownership and the expiry of the factory warranty. Wish there was a dealer who offered the extended warranty here in Canada for a good deal, like big pine does in the states.
you can buy the warranty from big pine. I did, and I'm on the other side of the country. I don't know how it works with you being in Canada, but I got mine for 4 years, like 8 or 9 hundred dollars.
I have my springs ordered for the rmax2. How are the second set of rear a arms holding up ? That's my next purchase. Also with the 32 on the bike did you notice any difference in power.
@@IslandMudSlingers your good I have not ordered the arms for the rear I think I will hold off for a bit. The springs are paid for but on back order. Thanks and keep up the awesome content.

Well to get honest the new arms are great but... They have cracked again. Small power loss. But there is still plenty of power there.
@@IslandMudSlingers thanks for the reply
