Excellent work. The way you show us how to do is awesome, very clearly very brilliantly. The showing process is so clear that anybody can understand it.Gud work
BattleAudioRecords I use both a lot. Superior all around, no. Node manipulation, yes. It’s just far easier. I use both for work and projects. I set up with Corel then top everything off with AI or PS depending on what I’m working on. Making fonts is easier to start with Corel and finish everything up with AI or PS. I don’t like the way the guidelines function in Adobe. Corel is known to be more of a simpler intro design software, so because of this it goes about something better because it makes it easier. So when crossing over into AI it makes the learning curve of Adobe easier. Again, it depends on where you start and what you’re already comfortable with. Corel does have a lot of limits. Opening downloaded vector files that have gradient effects on them are harder to open with Corel as it struggles. AI does a pretty good job at opening any vector file whether it was obtained online or other means. Affinity does a great job but goes about some things in a weird way especially when breaking objects apart from each other. None of them are perfect. If anyone is looking for a happy medium I’d suggest Affinity as it’s better than Corel and the cheaper out of the three and can handle can keep up with Adobe. Affinity is a weird cross between both. Depends on what you’re comfortable with. I will say Affinity handles files better than both when opening files that came from both Corel or Adobe. Corel and Adobe don’t mix well even when opening a PDF that was saved using both. Opening an AI PDF in Corel usually goes wrong and vice versa. Especially if there’s effects involved as Corel doesn’t have a complex enough system to handle a lot of effects. Adobe obviously wins in the plug-ins department though. Tablets are geared towards Adobe so they win there. Haven’t tried my tablet on affinity so I might do that later today. Most designers don’t know much about the program they use as their work doesn’t require it. Just depends on the designers needs and overall curiosity. Affinity is giving Adobe problems with the pricing alone and they’re are trying to match them in every way by creating like apps. They’ve reached a level in a short time that took Adobe years to reach. Corel is just stubborn and goes at its own pace. Eventually something will equal Adobe in every way or better as their pricing is what’s hurting them although its not a big deal as it’s the go to. It’s been marketed that way, they have school deals for schools to use them exclusively, and the list goes on. Without all that brilliant business they wouldn’t be where they are. They just have more experience, but it doesn’t make them the standard or the best for everyone.
A true artist! Amazing job! And I was happy with my flat and squared logo, now I see it and cry when I remember of what you did on this tuto.... my God! I need to learn so much yet.... maybe 90% is a god's gift but 10% is learning... I'll try... lol... That God help me!
Again, I have learned more watching three (now) of your videos than I have using CorelDraw for 15 years! I was wondering if you sketch your logo on paper and plan how you will design it in Corel in advance?

As far as just vectors go, Corel, I think is superior to Illustrator. The manipulation of shapes is far easier in Corel than Illustrator.
@@repeataftermeme75 I doubt that.
It sounds like you do know much about AI.
Go check out a few videos.
