USAID is dumping 700K bags of rice to Cameroon at what cost? The rice producers of Cameroon and near by neighbor rice-producers of Cameroon. Why didn't USAID donate the equivalent in Cash so Cameroon can decide what foods to buy, or donate something that we do not produce at home? They just needed an outlet to dump their surplus rice so that they can keep prices stable for their home rice producers!

Please you people should stop turning around the main issues. Just tell Cameroonian to take the Bokinafaso, the Kenyan ways.
