People always get annoyed about being stuck on rides, but nothing will be worse than the time I got stuck in the themed oven section of a ride, blowing hot air on us continuously. 😅

Wow! I highkey wish i could ride it like that. I feel like the facing-straight-down aspect takes away from the drop feeling & especially with how it brings you back to sitting position halfway thru which slows it down. It just feels like a half-assed experience imo. Lucky you guys!

I'd rather drop uninclined. Not because it's scary facing down (because it is more scary, especially the first time), but because falling in a sitting position just feels better to me. My stomach doesn't get that floater feeling that much when laying down
@@benisjammin626 uninclined is actually scarier because your support becomes the shoulder bars, so there's always this fear that the bars are gonna open up and release you from the seat.
@@DARKSHREK000Falcons Fury has a seatbelt that secures the harness over you. The buckle has a pin that pops up and makes it impossible to open until you return to the bottom of the ride and the pin retracts.
Other than one of those rides where it swings you until ur upside down or maybe a slingshot, a drop tower would be the worst thing to get stuck on. Especially when ur faced down.

I got stuck on the Pitfall at Kennywood one year. Luckily it was at the bottom and I was kid so I was small enough to fit through the middle of the restraints.
I would have had a panic attack because you can't tell if it's broken in a way where you can't get down by riding. And you wouldn't know how long you are trapped and can't talk to the staff. Plus you have no way of knowing when it does drop if it's a safe drop or you are actually falling. I have severe claustrophobia issues so I would freak out being alone with my thoughts up there not knowing how long I'm stuck so a midair panic attack would be a literal nightmare.

It is way more intense facing upright you get that stomach drop feeling essentially pulling you downward whereas tilted at the 90 degrees you don’t get that stomach drop feeling, a lot smoother than any other one I’ve been on

You definitely got a better ride then. The facing downward drop is nice visually from up high, but the drop feels like nothing/ doesn't feel forceful. Id love to get a sitting upright drop on FF. Lol. (Sidenote: i kind of loved the pre-recorded "brace yourself for sudden movement" announcement. That would strike some up a fear sensation.)

I'm a Florida native that rode the Sandstorm (Falcons Fury stands in it's place) I will not ride that thing after what happened at icon park 😬 your experience further solidifies this

Falcon’s fury has like 3 different restraints- it is incredibly, INCREDIBLY safe in comparison. Icon Park had over the shoulder restraints and careless operators
You're very lucky on this one, to be honest. There's been some drop towers stuck for hours at a time, and imagine if Falcon's Fury would have gotten stuck in the down facing position.
I got stuck at the top of the Giant Drop at Six Flags Great America for awhile. They had to have maintenance come over to reset something. It dropped with no warning! Got a pass to go to the front of the line of any ride in the park.
This is one of the reasons that Busch Gardens uses to not show off the new Serenghetti flyer, which I don't understand why they closed the Skyride and Falcon's Fury. It's just a simple S&S Scream N' Swing, or Double Swing, if you will.
I haven’t been on anything like it. It’s like you’re being dangled by a string tied to your waist, and then you’re free falling. I don’t know how it is in terms of intensity, since I don’t always focus on it, but man, that ride is unique.
I was on the hulk rollercoaster at universal and the train perfectly stopped at the top of the cobra roll upside down and we had to all lean one way to get it over
Makes me curious what happens if you get stuck at the very TOP hat of those launch coasters. Or the coasters with vertical lift hills, what if those get stuck while going up lol...
I was stuck on the windseeker at kings dominion a few weeks ago and it broke down at the top and they must’ve lowered it with a drill of some bullcrap because it took an hour and a half for the thing to lower Got a free meal and a free towel from it tho Lol Some poor kid in front of me pissed themselves so i still feel bad for them.
I just don't understand why people play with there lives like that me I always think about what if and that what if always scare me and I know we all have to die one day but I pass on things like this life is to precious

@@Danileptic No, THIS VIDEO showed an error because it didn't lean, USIALLY, you would go up, lean, sit for like 30second and then fall, they just went up Sat for like 15 then fell, if that makes sense

you should visit busch gardens williamsburg, which is in virginia. the mach tower (which is very similar) I don't think it has broken down at all :)

It was about 65 seconds where it didn't "turn and face you down" then they just dropped you basically stuck for 65 seconds
