The point about players leaving the state is valid but it's also happening in other traditional northern cities like NYC, Philly ETC...Plauers are going all over the country now and unfortunately many of them will end up making poor decisions that don't improve their status or develop them as players

This is somewhat true, yes players everywhere are going elsewhere but nothing like the numbers from Chicago and honestly asa parent I can not blame them, I would send my kid out of that dangerous city First chance I got

It is hard to create offense without shooters! Looked way better when Plummer and Williams was knocking them down. You have to make shots.
