Agree with show jumping plan… focus on rhythm and shoulders/straightness/balance. That was a lovely round… forward the entire time. All that hard work got you’ll a beautiful frillie. You needed a champagne filled water boy that day 🍾. Nala was a doll… loves the water 🐾🧡

What an amazing ride! Both you and Addie seem happy and excited. She has learned her job now and that makes it a bit easier for you. Still, while wonderful, it's good to know there are some things to work on. Honestly? I didn't see much except a little in dressage. I agree, while it is not always about the ribbons, the award presentation is important. Everyone tries really hard. There is only one second place and when you achieve that, you should be able to enjoy the rewards. It shouldn't matter if other riders are not there to get their ribbons. You should still have had your moment.

Brilliant! She’s really taking to her job, dressage is coming on steadily and she obviously enjoys the XC and is getting so much bolder. I remember how hard your decision to sell Lola was, but it was the right one - Addie is loving the event horse life! Step up to 100 for next year?

I’m very lucky to have the people and support around me that I do. It is lovely to have and does make things easier but I do think the eventing community is so supportive too that it’s not essential xx
