Delirium doesn't have dmg scaling but you were getting out of the succubi range which would reduce drasticly their dmg and your dmg from 7 billion dmg to 3.5 dmg

A modded challenge called "Floor Randomizer" is confusing as hell for me to play because it shuffles the rooms after generating the floor, and because of that you can find things like the Shop connected to the Boss Room, or the secret room being mandatory to go through in order to get to the room that has the trapdoor. It is buggy but it messes with my mind endlessly.

If he got to like, multiple millions of damage (I forget the number right now) with him having the base damage, imagine if he just had like a +1 damage at some point. It'd be around 33% stronger, so that'd be a hell of a lot of damage lul
Here's an idea, get your damage to the maximum value (or a really big number) and hack the game to zoom out the camera and see how big the tear would be

Soy milk, maybe quad- and tripple shot to cripple the tear rate, 1 heart I you want extra challenge, can't remember what can bring range down, ipecac seems good but would also boost your damage extremely, so you can't use that. Maybe a few dead onions to make them really slow. Sure you would have 6 Projectiles, but I think that gets balanced out

I have a challange that might interenst you, the items are to give your self Guppy's head, Guppy's Paw, and Guppy's collar so you become guppy, next give yourself the D6 and give your self soy milk and the skinny mushroom, as well as analog stick, this one is optional but you can give yourself tech 2. Alright now the rules. Rule number 1. not taking any damage upgrades. Rule number 2. If you come across an item that would be really hard to pass up because it has a damage upgrade, then by all means take that item! And that's my challenge!
