Kayaking down the Weeki Wachee

I took a very relaxing ride down the Weekie Wachee and took quite a bit of video. This 6 1/2 minute video captures the quiet ride. It ends with a group of us coming upon about 9 manatee. Pretty incredible!

Cool vid- Can the whole trail be done with a snorkel mask?

I'm not sure about snorkeling the river; I've never seen anyone do it. For one thing, the water is cold (spring water). Further, there are some boats with engines so snorkeling could be dangerous.

What we do is park at Rogers Park, then drive another car back to my family's condo, then we simply swim and float the 3 miles.
