Mariah will always own her songs just because she's Mariah. But Gigi is a vocal phenomenal that can match the beauty and complexity of any song and add her own personal touch to it.
Let's just say Mariah even during her prime was never able to sing this live as close to her own studio version as Gigi did here. I love Mariah to bits but I know her shortcomings.. but her vocal texture is still the butteriest of buttery and she was the first to do it. Love your reaction!
