Bonus points to Tamamo Cat for specifically saying that the DHM Magecraft being used by Kiara is from the Tachikawa School of Buddhism :)

If that was the case symbolically I would have the last beast be the embodiment of hope in a negative light (they are a demiservent that consumed the spirit origins of all the servents who you made friends with and whilst originally they were like the player upon discovering mash's finite life span they begin to lose there morality and by the end of the Camelot singularity I would have them have ripped apart goddess artoria (they are becoming closer to the shadow in heavens feel but consuming servents a quote a way to preserve them forever (maybe have them absorb goetia in there timeline and Solomon and continuing with goetias plan in order to prevent mash from dying seeing everything he's done as worth it in the end (becoming the beast of humanities pride in believing themselves to be the hero regardless of what evil they have committed
