I noticed one great thing about Ahmed! He does not over power his opinion or questions on guest- unlike others he let his guests speak their heart out, which makes guests as well as viewers very comfortable and conversation seems so real!

I came here after watching Aftab’s response and after watching him he somehow convinced me that he was educated and sohail reacted as uneducated. After listening to Sohail’s criticism about attitude of Aftab, I changed my opinion that he took these clips out of context and Sohail Ahmed’s criticism is legit.

51:50 I think Sohail Ahmed's criticism here was justified. In fact I believe his entire criticism originated because of this issue. Good advice for Arab Iqbal at 53:13 54:18 and 55:53. Hope he takes it seriously!

I am not from Pakistan !! But one thing can tell !!! Aftab is a maker !!! Others copied him !! Sohail was good in usage of right words!!! But not a good man with wiser mind !!! He can not afford to go other on ace as knows well his flaws !! As HAS BE HAL was working well when Aftab left !! And Junaid one more brilliant mind came at right time at right place !!! Show was again started doing some more or less balanced !! This conversation of Sohail shows how much he dislike Aftab’s stats is and fame !!!

بلا شبہ سہیل احمد محض ایک بڑا مخولیا ہے جبکہ امان اللہ ایک فطری اور تخلیقی کامیڈین تھا ۔ اسی لیے سہیل اس سے خوف زدہ بھی تھا ۔ ایک دو ڈراموں میں اس نے نعیم کشمیری کے ہاتھوں سکرپٹ سے ہٹ کر اس بڑے فنکار کی بے عزتی بھی کروائی ۔ سہیل آسودہ حال ضرور ہے لیکن علمی و تخلیقی لحاظ سے وہ کمپلیکس کا شکار ہے۔ اسی لیے آفتاب اقبال اور جنید سلیم جیسے پڑھے لکھے اور روشن خیال اینکرز کو برداشت نہیں کر سکا ۔ وہ اپنی سیاسی پسماندگی کو دوسروں پر بھی ٹھونسنے کی کوشش کرتا ہے جسے کوئی باشعور انسان قبول نہیں کر سکتا ۔ امان اللہ ایک بڑا فنکار ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ ایک شریف انسان بھی تھا اور بلا کی قوت برداشت کا بھی مالک تھا ۔ لیکن مستانہ اس کو ٹھپ دیا کرتا تھا ۔ سچا فنکار کسی زعم میں مبتلا نہیں ہوا کرتا ۔

I am living in abroad from the last 18 years. I always have a habit to watch Sohail Ahmed Sb and Aman Ullah Sb stage drama as and when I visited my home country. But when this legend quits the show then we also quit them. Now it’s been almost 12 to 14 years since I visited any stage drama.

Sohail Ahmed Sb's comments could have been avoided though but his opinion is correct. The way Aftab Iqbal reacted was unnecessary. The way Aftab Iqbal portrays his father is also exaggerated. During Zafar Iqbal's era as a poet he was always considered a mediocre poet (It can be confirmed from any PTV recording)

This is probably the best episode I Reckon. Sohail sb, the darwaish in performing art industry. What an equation he shared "Kay Kabhi b apnay fame ko kharch na Karo, isay bacha k rakho"❤. 1st time, any podcast which is more then one & half hour, never wished to skip a single moment of this.

True i agree with sohail sb. my father used to play cassettes of Nizamdin. I m in my late 30s, n few days back i was saying "abu Nizamdin ke cassettes sunn kar n ab ke comedy sunn kar lagta hy,Nizamdin was iconic n more observational personality.

@@numanzafar1406 Dear Numan when elders point out something in you or someone they think important. For example if they observe any persistent habit or personality habit as a blind spot. which we all have unawareness about particular behavior that is called constructive criticism. Which will help to improve socially, spiritually and morally. You too observe many things we don't focus in our dealings such as if we are too much into wasting time in social media and any friend relative points out or if we speak too fast or use abusive words or shows arrogance towards servants or young people than us. Any criticism like this will always help if we think with cool mind. Hazarat Ali said the genuine friend always points out your flaws but fake people always appease you even if you are wrong. I just wanted to make a point think positive then you see good intention particular in this interview. If Sohail shb wanted to point out not disrespect. We all should learn to be humble not by heart but by behavior too.
