Railfan Virginia! Part 1: The Doswell Diamond

This is set to be a multiple part series, featuring some of the most popular, and even some less popular, but beautifully scenic spots to railfan in the Old Dominion State!
In this, the first part, we catch up with some action at the Doswell Diamond located 20 miles north of Richmond on the former RF&P Mainline, on two days spent in the area in early April 2016. We were treated to plenty of action along the RF&P, as well as a few westbound empty trains on the former C&O mainline. Though not much was happening on the Buckingham Branch, we did catch up to a couple of movements.
