    Is it a bad idea to get new credit cards every 6 months and is it tru hard pulls stay in your credit report for 6 years and do you need to wait for the hard pulls to fall off your report even though you have a high credit score

      Hard credit checks stay on your credit history forever. They're not necessarily bad unless you do it a lot. Every 6 months is not considered a lot. But I would also recommend keeping your oldest credit card for many years to increase credit history.
