Simon Jakops CEO and founder , he selected them, from what I understand in a recent interview, Simon and Staff submit songs to XG and they decided together if it is something they want to perform. There are two songs off the new Mini Album I think you will enjoy they are both R&b called In the Rain and Is this Love, unfortunatly there is no MV for either yet but, the Official Audio, Color coded lyrics or even the Live performace from fancam at a sinage is good, if do the fancam I like KYON-XG footage because its up close and you get to see the girls expressions.
