Knicks bench
Mcbride, Robinson, Achuiwa, Payne, Sims, Shamet and rookie Tyler Kolek
Celtics bench
Prichard, Horford, Hauser, Tillman, Lonnie Walker, Kornet and rookie Baylor Scheierman
I’d say those benches matchup pretty evenly

Randle needs to be the number one option to be effective.
He needs to be ball dominant. Addition by Subtraction in New York
Doubt Minnesota keeps him, DiVicenzo was their guy in the trade
Towns fits in the offense and his defensive deficiency is mitigated by having Anunoby, Bridges and Hart around him
DiVicenzo lost his job to Bridges and Bridges, OG and Towns make up for the lost three point shooting. He'll be missed as a really good depth piece, but Towns gives the Knicks who can compete with any big in the league
- Hartenstein, DiVicenzo, Randle (Barrett, Quickly, Grimes)
+Towns, Bridges, Anunoby (Achiuwa)
from last season to this season hugely better starters, will have to live with loss of depth

I love how everyone says KAT needs to shoot less 3's when the Wolves begged him to shoot MORE. Instead he drives clumsy and leads the league in offensive fouls 3 of the last 4 years.

Barnes is good for gossip, but doesn't understand much about how to maximize players. KAT is a much better 3 pt shooter than driver, he needs to shoot more 3s, not less.

The "he came to the knicks when nobody else wanted to" narrative is so tired and misleading smh. They had more cap space than they knew what to do with that summer and no one else was giving randle that money. He became an all star in ny, before that he had one decent season on a bad pelicans team

@@LouBang718Randle was never better than Towns period. Couldn’t go right, being lazy going back on defense, pouting when he doesn’t get the ball, dribbling the air out of the ball, taking way too many threes when he isn’t a good three point shooter. Idk what other people are seeing
