My advice to anyone who is divorced and has children, it's best to lead a single life..Its not easy to have teenage step children in a second marriage unless there's an excellent understanding between everyone, which unfortunately, in majority of cases, is quite short-lived! 😢😢

These two never got to know each other without other people in the middle of this relationship. The daughter and his mother didn't help the situation. They were both very insecure and needed to work on that first before having a relationship. Having a baby is not a cure for a bad relationship.

What on earth did Jody see in Edgar? If the way they portray him in this video is correct he and his mother seem to have no nice qualities at all. Usually they have a best friend or sibling interviewed who will say some nice things about the killer but not this time.

They jump in and out of relationships to quickly. They have kids from nearly every relationship, whether they were married or not. This is what leave leave the children stranded emotionally and having to fend for themselves against all odds. Domestic abuse and partners being killed is almost inevitable.

Jodie’s friend was so unwise encouraging her to take Edgar back!
Jodie clearly wasn’t a wise person, her marriage to Edgar clearly was toxic and their relationship should never have happened but it did.
Once Jodie left Edgar the divorce should’ve gone through, no going back.
Rebecca is for sure not a remotely nice person and clearly had no discipline, just walked over her mom, and the vocal fry is so annoying!

What did she see in Edgar apartment from the physical. According to this video. He treated her daughter badly, he didn’t help around the house or with Tracey. He was controlling and lazy and he strangled her to death.
I feel sorry for Rebecca. She must carry a lot of remorse not only for the way she acted with the sneaking out and lying but also she probably thinks if she hadn’t asked to come back and live with them her mum would still be alive. She was a child when all this happened and it must have been so hard for her. I wonder what sort of relationship she had with her father and step mother.
