“Beverly Hills Cop” is a 1984 American action/comedy film starring Eddie Murphy as cop Axel Foley. The film marked the final international breakthrough for Murphy as an actor. Three more films in the Beverly Hills Cop film series followed: Beverly Hills Cop II (1987), Beverly Hills Cop III (1994) and Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F (2024). The title song “Axel F”, composed by Harold Faltermeyer won a Grammy Award and became a 2005 world hit with Crazy Frog. The arrangement is by Frank Bernaerts.
