Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman wore a white saree honouring Madhubani artand Padma awardee Dulari Devi, who has asked the FM to wear the saree on the Budget Day. Dulari Devi was honoured with the Padma Shri award in 2021 for her work to protect and preserve Madhubani art in Bihar.
