Something about this game is reminding me of Viva Piñata - not only in terms of… being about meeting and cataloguing food-themed animals on an island inhabited by both them and a bunch of quirky villagers, but how the tone is very tongue-in-cheek and casually drops dark implications but honestly also is very charming, “committed to the bit”, and inviting the player to just… come on and get to know and play with all the aforementioned silly food animals at the same time.

I heard about this game from a different youtuber. It seems interesting but I am already afraid of overfeeding those characters with bugsnax. Then again, I know I would overfeed one character eventually if I were playing it myself.
