Please note I won't be releasing any guides until the official release date on the 17th so those without early access aren't left out. However if you are eager to get your hands on them to help you master the game, and would like to support the channel at the same time, you can unlock early access to my guides by joining my Patreon. www.patreon.com/DomsRoundtable
For a game with this many enemies on screen, this actually looks really damn good graphically. And it's nice to see that my one worry from the demo (that the game maps would look too dull and colorless) isn't an issue in the rest of the game.
Will most likely get it soon, the demo was nice to play, all reviews I've seen really do praise it, looking forward to try the final version on my Ps5!
The amount of people that wanted to hate this game, and will do so on principle… I will always stand by gameplay is the most important. I don’t care that there isn’t 100 characters with a single attack string you repeat infinitely. I’ll take one character, with a few weapons, with unique combat strings on all of them. Luckily the mosou purests are such a minority, that if this game sells to the masses we can actually start getting good DW games.
Will wait for a deep sale. They did a lot right, but being stuck playing as this nameless protagonist that you can't even customize is a big negative for me.
I mean as long as their all more distinct then it's not a bad thing. Warriors games suffer from quality control on that fromt with the amount of weapons given
@@TheAnimatedGamerFrom the demo, they focused on quality over quantity and gave each weapon a DEEP technique set. There's a ton of different moves to customize each one. So honestly, while I do miss stuff like Zhang He's claws, I can't even be mad.
I’m going to buy the game, going to play the hell out the game.. it just really bothers me that Koei is still giving the non playable generals the big ass maul hammer as a weapon.. I know it shouldn’t bother me but it does, them random generals shouldn’t be walking around with a weapon like that 🤷🏻♂️
With single attack strings and clones. This is why Sengoku Basara was 100x better. I’ll take actual progression and mechanics over slamming the same combos “oh, lot enemy, 3 light and heavy!” that we’ve had for two decades any day.

how many playable characters, female and male
The game would've been perfect if you could fully customize the "protagonist "
or replay mission with other dw characters. I really dont like the look of this protagonist.
English in DW is kind of nostalgia especially if you come from PS2 era so this is a good thing they let you choose
The "IT'S LU BU!" line is actually directed to sound exactly like the original one we Musou vets know and love. The devs put that in on purpose.

I looooved the og dynasty warriors! I hope this is close to as good..

Wish this is how they made Samurai Warriors. But let you make your hero and pick a path to follow
There was in the first samurai warriors game I remember playing as one in 2004

i agree with this will be a steam winter deep sale pick up maybe.
2:39 Gotta love having some good weapon options.
Dynasty warriors and Dom making videos on it? Let's goooooooooo!
can i play with other original characters?
May buy this for the ps5
How’s the endgame tho and the replay value
So no other modes other than the campaign?
can you change the protagonist outfit? or are you stuck with the same outfit throughout the whole game?
there is one other outfit you can unlock, and the wo long out fit from the preorder bonus
Erased because I'm dumb and dont wanna spoil. My bad, good video!
9 weapon types and 1 playable toon is a bad choice imo

No character creation? Well that's a skip for me

i hope its not slideshow shitfest and its well optimized
Based on the demo, it runs very well. Which is almost unheard of for Musou...
🔥
Still a downgrade from previous games. Went from over a 100 different weapons with their own movesets to less than 10.
Over 100 weapons with most having a clone moveset. The combat is far better here.

It’s too bad there’s no character creation, my wife and I love the series pre 9 and she, for obvious reasons, likes to play female characters.
