For new fabrication special Welding electrodes are not required like you mentioned L&T's XHD 2222 or ADOR LH 521.These are required if crack found in running kiln shell.As it is fatigue and elongation is important Ni base Welding electrodes are preferred. But during new manufacturing 7018 grade MMAW electrode or equivalent solid wire is used for SAW Welding.
About 300 MT of steel structural fabrication is to be done in a month. The size and thickness of the plate will be from 15 to 35 mm and for this we have to make columns, girders, beams and purlins. How much manpower do we need?
