    You are fuc*ing amazing, I can't thank you enough for all the helpful content you have posted so far.
    This is probably a big ask but I would love to read a whole book on home buying, your each video can probably be a separate chapter. This will make is so much easier for people like me. I can make notes and follow each chapter step-by-step.

    IN CHENNAI THERE WAS A CASE WHERE BUILDER TOOK IN WRITING THAT EVERYTHING IS OK AND IN CASE OF ANY PROBLEM HES NOT RESPONSIBLE.
    HE GV THE KEYS TO THE FLAT ONLY ON THAT CONDITION.
    TODAY THE BLDG HAS KIND OF FALLEN LIKE FLOOR FELL , ROOF FELL, ETC
    NOW THEY HV TO REMK AT THEIR OWN COST.
    SO DO COVER SUCH BLDGS TOO.

    Mivan is not best technology as far as construction quality is concerned. It's one of the technologies available to construct. Mivan or Aluminium Formwork is preferred by builders because in multistoried buildings the cost of construction is substantially reduced and speed of construction is faster. But for the residents the biggest drawback is the thermal insulation of walls is very poor compared to red clay bricks or AAC blocks wall. This leads to interiors of buildings becoming very hot, so residents are forced to use AC frequently leading to high elecrricity consumption. Builders say they are using a special type of paint on exterior walls to deflect heat, but after few years the paint gets eroded, and needs repainting which is a big cost for residents.

    Kisi ache civil engnear ko saath lekar jaao wo ache se saare steps ki jaach karke report bana kar dedega ki yeh ghar lene layak h ya nhi common people ko kaha se yeh sab samjhega aur builder ko pehle bata do ki hum apne personal civil engnear se flat ki construction quality check karenge agar humko 95% best quality ki report mili tab hi hum buy karenge
