    Dear Yiannis; After watching at least 5 videos on replacing the rear motor mount on my 2010 Corolla yours was the ONLY one that made sense; all the other ones had us dropping the A Frame and all kinds of crazy stuff; THANK YOU my Friend; Your video made it a lot easier and worked perfectly !!!!!!!!

    Not easy to remove and install the rear mounts ...by the way i wanna know do you have a technical diploma in motor vehicles
    From where did you learn all this work.....

      I agree that it is not at all easy to remove the rear mounts of the engine, especially if you do not have your own space and work under the car without a lifting machine (only with a jack). No I have not studied car mechanic or something like that, just the charm but also the magic led me to deal with a lot of passion with the technical issues of the car.

    Does bad engine mounts cause vibrations on the steering wheel? Sorry im new to this

    • @YiannisPagonis
      @YiannisPagonis  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      1. Can bad motor mounts cause steering wheel vibration?
      Bad motor mounts will definitely cause the steering wheel to behave like the wheels need to be balanced.
      2. What could be causing vibration in my steering wheel?
      The two most frequent causes of a shaky steering wheel are either warped brake rotors, which will cause your steering wheel to shake when you brake, or unbalanced tires, which will cause your steering wheel to shake when driving at high speeds.
      3. What are the symptoms of a bad engine mount?
      One of the most common symptoms associated with worn engine mounts are impact noises coming from the engine bay. Worn, damaged, or broken motor mounts can cause clunking, banging, and other impact type sounds as a result of the weight of the engine shifting excessively to the point of contact.

    I heard that it is better to replace the mounts with the original japanese mounts from the dealer rather than the chinese or american ones. Will my car still have vibration problems if I get cheap mounts from amazon?

    • @YiannisPagonis
      @YiannisPagonis  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      My friend, the best of all is to generally use genuine parts rather than after market. Of course, there are good branded parts on the market that you can also use as long as they are not cheap.
