Ofcourse cynicalex have most perfect hulk build irrespective of the rank because ranking is total shit in the game, so technically you have a very good build alex
Nice our builds are pretty similar except I use drastic density for the ignore defense cap and my cards go up to 28.5% hp, btw they should've gave hulk a revive if he's immortal he shouldn't be able to die atleast not just once imo

Great video! I’d like to see more of this - in depth reviews on individual characters and how to build them! I too love Hulk’s rework. It may be my favorite of the year, too.
Yo Alex, I know that having Colossus on squad is necessary for the 50% reduction to damage, but also another squad/s worth mentioning is/are the following:
Red She Hulk - Lead, Hulk, Cho or RSH, Hulk, Victorious as she'll give you an additional 30% HP and help with the healing even more. As for the iso-8 set, I've got Protect The Captain, but it does lose out on Ignore Defence as it gives CCT, but it has the same stats as Binary Power but instead of the shield it bumps his defence so that's the only difference (plus you might like the dodge more).
Re-rolling my CTP of Regen is a pain as now I'm capped on Recovery Rate at 250%, but only have 5% Heal so it's tempting to try again but the quantity vs the rate falls on the side of the rate, I think!
I use BW and hulk with a she hulk lead and I’m in the top 50 in vibranium this week. I don’t have any native t2 characters past lvl 60 yet. My black widow takes care of any jean grey with her ctp of energy. Then the damage of 65% against male characters makes me kill/two shot any thanos, silver surfer, colossus etc. Sometimes even my black widow kills a hulk and I get a good laugh!😂

Nice, I like this! Feature on a char that isn't part of the current conversation and how to make them work best in pve or pvp. That HP is crazy tho! I struggled just to get him to barely hit 100k.
I love how ripped pants is the gear for immortal hulk.
Hulk's rework is by far the most accurate and the most satisfying to me. One-shotting enemies with his Thunderclap never gets old. ❤️

The difference between the shields from the ISO set and the shield from the CTP of regeneration is that the CTP cancels the pierce effect which makes it 'META' and the shield from the ISO set can be penetrated and usually many characters in PVP have penetration to shield, so it is not they efficient.
Nice job in the full details of this build! I think the player base needs a bit more of this, to really understand these characters. Lots of depth in the game, but you wouldn’t be able to tell if you took a overall sample of the players

How's the winrate? I'm debating T3 Jean but I'm thinking about skipping her because she costs 1600 CCF yet at Lvl70 she claps cheeks in Vibranium on auto no problemo. If she and my T3 SS gets banned, I would like to have more options for PvP aside from BW and CM. So, how's his winrate?
@@boartank I played all entries everyday and overall I lost only 3 matches this entire week! It's a really amazing combo! All one has to know is how to tackle hulk's rotation:)
What about a protect the captain iso set? It gives slightly more hp and seems to perform better in conquest. I gave my hulk both sets and just started testing them.

Yess..hulk is a beast in tl,I really hope Dev's make use of more characters like him so that we can have more PvP meta characters
I've been using Red Guardian for the 35% hp increase for leadership and Victorious as a support for her 30% hp increase to all allies. That definitely bumps up Hulk's hp, but I wonder if I'm focusing so much on his hp that I'm not seeing other team combinations that might be better.
The difference between binary power and drastic density is that one activates with when attack, the other when you get attacked
Great video bro, I love your build but one spot where you could maybe do something else is replacing black widow with red she hulk her team up gives hulk 5.4% max hp and all defence up 5.1% and her passive then boosts hp by another 30%
Been using Hulk+Widow in Timeline battle for several weeks now, they have taken me from low Gold to mid Vibranium. I'm very happy with Hulk, he tanks Jean's bs like a champ.

I have similar build I did like yours and I love it so powerful and tanky just need 10 books to t3 him cause I made Namor t3 yesterday and the problem about the uniform characters isn't the bio it's the uniform exp for me, wish I can get more easily and netmarble make it even more in the story mission. And my favorite character is Hulk too 💯

I have a suggestion; switch the team-up with Red Shield (no uni) as leader with and black widow. I think that is more efficient. He gets 35 percent max hp from leader plus another five percent from black widow and 3 percent from 3 six star character bonus.
Are you sure that the shield from Binary Power/Drastic Density Enhancement doesn't interfere with the shield from the CTP of Regeneration? This is my only concern since the dev's never explain how any of these features work under the hood.
Also, I know the Immortal Hulk doesn't benefit from "Physical Attack," but I thought "All attack" still worked for him.
Lastly, wouldn't most of this build transfer to Victorius?
I only wish he was hero... It's kind of insulting that he gets to be a villain. He's nothing like a villain in the Immortal Hulk comics. It actually hurts a lot.
Alex, if a defensive gear proc - Regen, Authority, Refinement [Netmafia, please rework that useless ***], Invencibility Obelisk - activates when ISO shield is working, ISO shield is switched by that defensive gear proc, ended gear proc, still having time on the ISO shield, it comes back, that's how it works as I did observe the interaction between them.
You Probably Wont See This But They Might Introduce t4 chars if u notice how the t2 icon on mutants use to be red but now its blue

Hey Alex, Try Drax or Red She Hulk as the Lead and that should boost Hulk's HP even higher, so he becomes more Tanky.
As I'm in silver cuz I was kinda busy, my only pvp character (black widow) is banned. I'm left with captain marvel, a lvl 64 Yelena and a lvl 58 ss. It's not banned in silver so he's still a pain in the butt for me. Cool vid...

Hi, would it be better for the team bonus with red she hulk as leader and victorious? It would provide extra 55%, right? And also can I ask whether crit rate & crit dmg will enhance the attack or not? I'm having iso-8 set of overdrive box of both stats.

Odin rework is the best by so far it isn't even comparable.
I prefer the team up of wasp leader with some speed that i lack of from cards, wasp uniform that gives 10% hp(5% more than nat's team up), and wasp's debuff. A better package for my account tho riskier since there's no backup hitter like nat in team.
@cynicalex. Curious to get your thoughts about PTC iso set? Instead of shield, gives defense. Given CTP Regen shield, nobody seems to know for certain if it conflicts w BP or DDE shield. Thanks. IGN: JayL0ng
I have got this problem in timeline... Every time i use hulk every enemy jean's 5th skill cooldown disappears... Its unbeliavable... She keeps spamming her stupid ball and ends with her t3 in not even 10 seconds... Same problem when ss is not banned (basically every time) his 3d Skill and his 5th skill becomes cooldown less...
Just thought of this. We've been asking forever for characters to get additional obelisk slots. How about if we also got additional card set slots? Either each location in the set could have additional slots that could be swapped around, or you could unlock an entirely new set of 5 slots.
Try using red guardian (without uni) lead and Victorious in the team with hulk... 35%+ hp increase to villains+ 30%+ t2 passive

Cap America has 30% HP lead and Victorious 4* passive, when T2, also gives 30% HP bump....60% HP bump will be bonkers!! Also both these chars are not totally useless in TLB.

Looking to the effect from CTP of Destruction, the CTP of Regen's shield should be the priority proc rather than the Binary Power's
But, yeah, it'll be nice for the dev team to confirm it
Also, I think all defense stats should synergize with the shield proc as well

It could be a better team with Wasp with uniform (another 10% of PG and Debuff) or someone like Red She Hulk or Red Guardian ti give it extra PG

I dont think the shield from your ISO8 set should interfere with your CTP if your HP basically never goes below 50%

Why don't you use victorious instead of black widow...is it just vital to have another good damage type as back up? I know you should keep colossus obviously but +max hp is passive on her right?
