Crockpot Mac and Cheese
This recipe is great for a potluck, to take to a picnic, or at home to complement a meal. This mac & cheese is packed full of creamy deliciousness; it’s super easy, give it a try!
• 1.5 Cups of Milk
• 12oz Can of Evaporated Milk
• 2 Large Eggs (Beaten)
• 1.5 TSP of Killer Hogs AP
• 4 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 4oz. of Shredded Smoked Gouda
• 12oz. of Al Dente Elbow Noodles
• 4 Slices of American cheese
We set our crockpot on low and cooked this for 3 hours. We cooked our elbow macaroni just until they were starting to soften. In a large bowl, we combined the Milk, Evaporated Milk, Eggs, 3 Cups of Shredded Cheddar and Smoked Gouda. Then add the seasoning and combine. We added the pasta to the crockpot along with the milk and cheese mixture and stirred together. We added the reserved cup of the shredded cheddar to the top along with the slices of American cheese. Place the lid on the pot; do not remove the lid until the 3 hours are up, do not stir. Once the 3 hours have passed remove the lid, stir to combine and serve.
