For nearly three decades, the team has saved countless primates - across 20 countries - from lives of cruelty, abuse, and neglect. This safe haven is now home to more than 200 monkeys and apes. I know!! I would pay good money to be able to watch every season. But we aren't allowed access to the show in the USA except what this channel is allowed to show us. One of these days they're going to have to stop posting episodes and then my heart is going to be shattered.

From USA. Grew up on a farm. Always wanted a wild baby raccoon or otter (I blame all those cute
Movies by Walt Disney) But my dad had had raised a group of orphaned raccoons in his earlier life. And always told me that wild animals need to be wild with their own kind. Somehow TH-cam started to send me shorts on captive baby monkeys. They are so sweet looking, and have very cute actions. But there was that nagging memory that wild animals need to be wild. And I’ve been very vocal in the comments. Then I found Monkey life, and everything I have been educated on was reinforced plus lots Moore information. So I’ve gotten even more vocal and have had some abuse because of it. No matter I will continue. My biggest complaint is it encourages the exotic animal trade. That is such a horrific practice and a miserable life for the animals. But every day someone posts how they love the baby and want one of their own and how can they get one how much does it cost.
Thank you for another great video. Y'all have rescued so many where people can't take care of them anymore, if people would leave these primates where God intended for them to be there wouldn't be an abundance of them to rescue ❤️🐵❤️🐵❤️🐵

Wow 2 shows in 1 day, awesome! Thanks! So sad they kept that spider monkey locked in that tiny bedroom in filth. And they say they love their animals. Yeah right. If she loved them she would take better care of them. Better yet, Leave the wild animals in the wild where they belong! I refuse to watch any videos on here or TicTok or anywhere that are of people with monkey's as pets. I think its WRONG! No one should be allowed to own any wild animal. If it is meant to be wild, it should be wild.

I have been watching these programs for 3 days over 10 hours a day. They call this primate rescue... But is it really a rescue? One constant is these people constantly change things around to the point where nobody seems to have any peace and quiet. I'm becoming suspicious of Allison's motivations, especially in the care of the newborn Wooly Monkeys. I could be all wrong, but in my 65 years on this earth I have learned to trust, but always verify. Who monitors Monkey World?
Jeremy’s right they are a bunch of numbskulls. If I was trying to hide myself from a big male I would be as quiet as a church mouse and I’d try to look as ape camo’d as possible. Screaming just says “I’m here and I’m terrified.

Poor Ben.
As soon as Ben saw the Alpha male, he started screaming in fear and retreating, he basically invited him to attack him with his constant screaming. As soon as he disengaged, dominated the females and started climbing, the sissy Ben would see him and crap himself. It is safe to say they cannot be anywhere near each other, unless someone wants Ben to lose his life.

Pretty sure Ben survived all of this. Humans are weak. Evolution has assured that every species has the means of surviving and defending themselves. It's perfectly designed but reliant on other factors.
Ben sat to the side and said nothing at first. Ben is still a baby. He's been around other adults with no problem. Hananya attacked and bit Ben on the very first meeting. Ben hasn't forgotten it. Hananya is a doofus. It took him forever to figure out how to be a dominant male. He used to treat Patricia the same way.

It's pretty clear that access to owning wild a animals as pets, should include a psychologist testing of the potential owners. Not just a cursory licenseing. This woman travelling with some 30 small primates in a motorhome, obviously is not a well person.
