    Share lang ninong ry about sa pag lalagay ng knife dapat po ung hawakan ang nasa taas kasi po pag hinugasan mo ung kutsilyo ung tubig na natitira sa kutsiyo papasok sya sa hawakan na pwede syamaging bacteria,atleast pag nasa taas ng hawakan ung tulo ng tubig ay deretso lang mababa at mas safe syang kuhanin,Share lang po may nagturo lang din sakin,Hehehe.Working as a chef de partie in turkey’s resto in kuwait.

    Sa lahat ng mga episode mo ninong, ito ang malupit. All in one. Na-elaborate ng husto, pinag-aralan, pinaghusayan at pinaghandaan. Entertaining habang may natututunan at kitang-kita sa buong video na nag level up kayo sa pag gawa ng content. Ibang klase rin ang chemistry ng buong team niyo. Literal na klase at literal ding chemistry hahahaha. Congrats ninong.

    Great Content ninong. Naalala ko dati isang method din n tinuro sakin ng chief cook ko dati sa barko wherein ang cream ,fresh milk, condensed,sugar cheese, 1egg, choice of fruit or flavor. Ginamitan lang namin hand mixer lang. Tpos i mix lang ng todo. Add lg ng cream at hangang mkuha ang consistency ng malapot. But i forgot to tell ilagay pala sa isang malaking palangana yung ingredients pero half lg dapt lagyan ng plastic wrap saka ilagay sa ref ng 3 to 4 hrs lang. Then i mixer ulit nkakatuwa lg ksi dumodoble ang size nya. Ang half na planggana napupuno. Sana ma try nyu din po. Salamat. Pawer Ninong!

    Ninong ry. Pag nahalo kasi ang dry ice sa liquid base, nagiging carbonated taste sya. Kaya medyo may asim ang softdrinks and spirit na (nakakasamid) 😁 Chaka may two types yan.. Industrial co2 and food grade co2. Hope it helps.

      Hello Janno! Sabi nga ni ninong Ry sa vid nya hindi dry ice ang ginamit nila, nagkamali lang sya. Meaning hindi CO2 or Frozen Carbon dioxide ang gamit nila, which means walang CARBONATION ang nangyari from the word itself carbon. Ang ginamit nila ay frozen Liquid Nitrogen or LN2 which is odorless, colorless, and tasteless. Which hindi nagcocause ng carbonation. Yun lang naman for the correction!

      @@jannovaldez5347 Uhm tol? Binasa ko at naiintindihan ko ang sinabi mo pero yung akin, binasa mo ba? Sabi ko nga at sinabi mismo ni nining Ry sa video na FROZEN LIQUID NITROGEN ang gamit nya sa ice cream, refer to the video at 28:12 then saka mo sabihin kung nagbabasa ako. It's not about if it's safe to eat or not. May be in small amounts and if di ganoong kalamig kaya there was no harm done kila ninong Ry. Maybe sinabi mo lang yang facts (which is true) about CO2 to look knowledgable pero di mo naman pinanuod yung video fully para malaman na liquid nitrogen ang gamit ni ninong Ry.

      That is because nitrogen is odorless, colorless and tasteless. Okay, there is one tiny little negative to using liquid nitrogen to make ice cream: it's dangerous if you're not careful. If you touch the stuff, you can easily freeze tissue and cause severe damage.

    The last one, actually its a tamer and manageable method because the liquid nitrogen was turned solid, I saw a lot of cooking shows where real liquid nitrogen is being poured on the mixer bowl too much nitrogen of it will quickly turn the ice cream mixture into a solid rock texture

      They used dry ice, a.k.a frozen CO2.
      Yes, I agree, using liquid nitrogen would have caused the mixture to freeze faster

    meron din yung isang mas labour intensive. Same base but mix after every 30 mins in the freezer. Mas matagal siya pero yung outcome niya mas malapit sa nitro attempt.

    dry ice (solid carbon dioxide) yan. mas malamig at likido ang liquid nitrogen. pwede kang gumawa ng dry ice sa bahay kung may CO2 fire extinguisher ka o ung malaking tanke ng air rifle. also, di maganda ang CO2 sa may mga mataas na fat content kasi nagrereact ung CO2 with any water to form carbonic acid. un yung acidic aftertaste.
    Edit: oxygen ung sanhi ng butyric acid sa maanta (rancid) na milk products like creme at butter. bukod sa acidic (maasim) na lasa, eto rin ung lasa ng suka (hal. ng tao)

    Ganda talaga ng RELX nong, yung pods o juices pa nila sobrang malasa. Yun nga lang may kamahalan kasi isang pod sakin 2-3 days lang. Nag switch ako to Vinci, pod pa rin pero nakakatipid ka sa juice. Hehe healthy 2022 na tayo Nong, ako rin bumili na ng weighing scale para mas ma monitor ko pagddiet ko. Balik alindog 2022 tayo nong! :)
