Of all the people who've watched this video you've by far shown the most awareness of the references in the lyrics and video. Only one I caught that I don't think you did was the werewolf line was revisited in the video later when he's running through the underground looking behind him which is an iconic scene from the film 'An American Werewolf in London' (great film by the way).
I love the double meaning in "Did you see what I did there? New kid" as "New kid" sounds just like "Nuke it." And "terrabyte" has three meanings, I think--"tear a bite," like you said, and a bite that causes terror, and then the word itself. Craziness!
Yesssss been waiting for this one. Such a fun track and was just as fun seeing you have fun with it. Very impressed by how much you managed to break this down while laughing and vibing with it. Okay, okay, I get it now. Ya see, I'm a woman who is closing in on 65 and I've never been into rap/hip hop, apart from some very cool mash ups in movies. Then when I discovered Ren, I instantly realized his brilliance and talent, and so I've become open to new stuff... because, let's face it, Ren is not leaving my life! Of course, I've watched your reactions to his videos before, but this reaction proved to me, without a doubt, that you are now my go-to guy for unwrapping the lyrics and the meanings that I can't seem to get by myself. Only one I caught that I don't think you did was the werewolf line was revisited in the video later when he's running through the underground looking behind him which is an iconic scene from the film 'An American Werewolf in London' (great film by the way).
Thanks so so much Knox, your ability to dissect music is incredible. Can’t wait for the next one!
Can’t wait to hear your intro song after this!!!!
Such a fun track. Great breakdown, as always.
I love the double meaning in "Did you see what I did there? New kid" as "New kid" sounds just like "Nuke it." And "terrabyte" has three meanings, I think--"tear a bite," like you said, and a bite that causes terror, and then the word itself. Craziness!
New kid ...on the block, a reference to the 80/90's boy band New Kids on the Block.
@@TeresaFlowery Yes, that is correct.
I've been waiting for you to listen to this one! Yay
Hope you enjoy the reaction!
I did! No one pays attention & truly appreciates the music quite like you. Love what you do!
Right after he mentions the gorilla bars, they're filming in the subway with people all around, gorilla-style.
This is your best reaction ever ❤️ loved it so much.. To see you enjoy it and the breakdown was amazing ❤️ thanks. More Ren ❤️
Yesssss been waiting for this one. Such a fun track and was just as fun seeing you have fun with it. Very impressed by how much you managed to break this down while laughing and vibing with it. Also I haven’t seen any other reactors that replay the shot from Ren’s trousers as much 🤣 Brilliant!
Would love to see you react to his songs Heretic and Ocean. Well anything by Ren would be great really 🐰 🕳️
Have you watched The Tale of Jenny & Screech, full version (its got to be the full version)? Its 🤯 mind blowing
Yo Knox you should check out his Love Music trilogy. They're all amazing wordplay and bar wise and would blow your mind!
Perfect analysis and reaction. One of my favourites to bop to doing stuff round the house ! I’m 62 🇬🇧👍🤣
🔥🔥🔥🔥reaction as always and of course Ren. Get ready for his new one March 29, video sounds very interesting 👌❤✌
nobody thought THIS beat could be rapped to...fuckin' hell.
Loved the flows on this!
Thanks for the reaction and analysis of this song. Easily one of my Ren favorites ... it's a fun song. You should really see "Ren - What You Want" ... total Beastie Boys throwback style video ... very fun as well.
This is a wild ride and the flows! Lost count how many films or songs mentioned. Great reaction as ever man!! You picked up everything Ren was spitting!
Ev er y Th i n g!! AmaZing!!!!!
I certainly see why he praised you so highly for your reactions to his videos. So thank you for all you do... I'll be back, again and again!
I honestly was looking forward to this reaction, you didn't disappoint. It's such a fun song :)
I really enjoy your reactions to Ren. Even after listening to his tracks over and over again, you point out pieces I’ve missed and help me appreciate all of his skills even more! Thank you! You give great commentary. ✌🏼
Your ability to pull Rens songs apart in every way from camera and lighting to cadence and beats to the lyrics themselves is brilliant. Great work and great reaction/analysis 👏
Great analysis as always Knox 💪🏻I suffer from severe ADHD paralysis at the moment, and this song is the only song that gets me to do my household chores 😂
He I all over the place but it comes together so incredibly well.
ren LOVE MUSIC prt 1&2&3 are banging
Love your reactions ❤ and your music too!!!
You got to check REN X Chinchilla - how to be me.
It's a song he wrote for his friend that committed suicide.
The performance was recorded on top of a bridge.
Very emotional but beautiful and the lyrics are just absolute poetry!
Another 🔥 reaction dissection
Thank you!
Your ability to catch every aspect of rhyme schemes, cadence... the 1s to 2s to 3s is so impressive and to have the ability to catch all this in real time is insane..I love your ability to not hate and give respect where respect is do for the love of the game... I really thought that I wasn't gonna see people like you or Ren again..I thought music died..ty for proving me wrong...I really needed it😊😊😊😊
Best analysis 💪💪💪
Knox , I love & appreciate all that you do here .. Being 53 , I have to say that I feel Ren is a true living legend . He can touch ANY genre , make it his own - while simultaneously becoming better with every track & globally accrue even more & more fans . All while being released as an independent artist & not afraid to display , what he considers , to be his flaws . Unbelievable ! Ty Knox , for ur enlightening reactions & ur helping to educate me x 🧚♂️💚☘️
I'm not sure rap and edm has every been weaved together like this. The buildup and drops are amazing.
Your analysis is on another level to every other reaction channel I’ve seen, helps you appreciate Ren’s skills even more 👍
Knox reacting to ren, you know it's gonna be a good one😄
it is so exciting to se a real pro being truly exctied by the beautiful details of Ren's word shananigans
Man, you are good at these reactions, you see things that most other reactors don't. And you get most of the UK references! Great work buddy!
Your absolutely my favorite reactor & a very talented individual. Im so happy you & Ren became friends & you've been there to help him through some of his mental health issues. Ren is a musical genius & i love ALL of his music. Peace, love & happiness to you always!
Yay! I've been waiting for this one.
Someone pointed out that his flow changes to match the rhythm in the beat.
Loving that intro song added to the Spotify list 🔥🔥
Thank you for such a detailed reaction, I have so much respect for your listening skills!
Please, please, please listen to Rens Tale of Jenny & Screech, full version - it will blow your mind 🙏🏻
He already reacted to this.
@@IronRaspberry oh 😱 I've missed this! Thank you

@@GillianParkinson he did Jenny’s Tale in one video, and Screech & Violet’s Tale in another :)
Such a versatile musician. Brilliant
First time Ive heard a reactor (and I’ve seen a few!) pick up on the ‘Mordor Lord’ bar. Great job!
Check out his Bitter Sweet Symphony retake, its super fun as well and some killer rhymes in that too. The dude has such an amazing catalogue.
I just had to revisit this video when it popped up. This was my introduction to Ren nearly a year and half ago.
I think it is great that since then Ren and Knox have become friends and actually performed together at the SGP just two weeks ago today. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to go, but I have seen many videos. It’s just amazingly beautiful. ❤❤❤❤😊
Cool intro...
Ren, what can I say, haven't been this impressed since discovering Prince as a teenage pothead ❤.
Best reaction.....
I am so glad you did this one. Cheers
I love it! I love your reactions, and Ren as an artist, when it's not mental health related, it's just fun! I LOVE the mental health tunes aswell, I'm not saying I don't enjoy them, I'm fully obsessed with Ren right now!
Also, is there any chance you would check out Inhaler by Bru C, he's an MC (Drum & Bass kind of) from here in the UK (Nottingham to be specific) and it is kind of a fun song, I love it personally 😅😂💜
I really like your help me song, amazing piece
Appreciate the way you give us a deep analysis of every aspect of the art.
Ren is freaky good and you are fast and furious at exploring, interpreting and appreciating the artistry.
A+ reaction.
And yep that was fun 😊
Been waiting on you to get to this one Knox! It's one of my favorites from Ren. It shows a more playful side while still bringing the heat... Stellar video as always my man!
Ren going crazy in this song and I loved your reactions !!
Best reaction to this tune I’ve seen, so much going on!
As soon as I saw this video I was waiting for Knox to breakdown that Nazguul will reign bar. Was not disappointed!
