As we always speak in the video it is never diploma vs Btech. We are talking about the two years experience required for the diploma holders in certain departments that recruit through SSC JE

Sahi to hai sb kuch mil jaye kya diploma krke ... Hmne degree li 3 saal jyada diye padhai ko .... To benefit nhi milna chaiye ...aap logo ne highschool k baad diploma kr liya to aisa lg rha sara Gyan mil gya aapko.... Cpwd aur CWC me bhi experience mang lena chaiye ...
