Could you have put those little trees and birds that you cut out between the layers for a surprise as the bar got used? Love the scene you made for these! So tranquil.
I really liked it when I watch the polymer clay they cut the two colours on an angle and then they get the ombre effect faster. Good luck with your future projects
Wow how imaginative you are. I've said it before and I'll say it again you definitely have the patience of a saint. Brilliant, love your videos and a very well done.
Those are gorgeous! I'm always a sucker for black silhouettes against a sunset. I actually liked that you bumped the black layer with your finger while putting the soap dough layers on. It showed that the soap wasn't fully set and hard.
Stunning as ever! The perfect colour scheme for this time of year, too 🌅 Good luck with your entry, please let us know how you get on 😊 Your uploads are fast becoming a favourite part of Friday evenings for me.
Brava bravissima❣️. You are a trooper 😊 As much as I love making soap, don’t think I could be faffed doing that 😉😉 And if the requirements dictate use of those synthetic micas 😮 then 100% - I wouldn’t be competing. By the Way - if you want your pasta machine cleaned, can’t think of a better way than by running your soap dough through it 😀 Always impressed by You 😊
Lovely turn out! Just as I had the thought, you answered it….”were you going to bevel them?”😊😊 I don’t know what the instructions were for this mission but had they included not only micas but neuro toxic fragrance oils, I most definitely would have been on the sidelines 🫤 I really don’t understand why the vast majority of Soap Makers that I see here on YT, include all the Ingredients one wants to ‘escape’, from the commercial purveyors of soap 😢 That’s the very reason I started making my own soap …
Another beautiful creation as always, Lisa, but I have a question: how do you measure the amount of lye that you use per layer of soap? Thanks in advance and of course, sending greetings from across the pond :)
I'm loving the rain in the background!
Not so good if you're in it! ;-)

Great idea, not sure if the rules for the challenge would allow it.

Sore!
How do make soap dough? Any videos on making soap doughs?
Yes, in the playlist "how to &why" you can find a video on soap dough
Another beautiful creation as always, Lisa, but I have a question: how do you measure the amount of lye that you use per layer of soap? Thanks in advance and of course, sending greetings from across the pond :)
Amazing sunset!! Is there a place we can view the contest entrants and winners?
Google Soap Challenge Club to see them
Are the trees and birds cutters on your website?
No, the cutters were a one-off for this challenge.
They're super fiddly, so we won't be selling them.
Where did you get those mats from?
Did you say you made the stamps?x
Yup
@@IDreamInSoap wow you are very talented you make it look easy x.
Wow, well done on the bike ride Lisa, I bet that wore you out! Beautiful soap too, I love watching your soap videos you put such care into your work.
Glad you like 'em. ;-)
